ELKHART, Ind., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patrick Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: PATK) announced it completed the sale of its idle Fontana, Calif. facility. As a result of the sale, Patrick expects to report a pre-tax gain of approximately $4.1 million in its second quarter 2008 results. The Company will use the estimated net proceeds from the sale of approximately $5.6 million to reduce borrowings under its senior credit facility.

The building that was sold formerly housed Patrick's west coast molding division. In 2007, Patrick consolidated the molding division into its custom vinyls facility, which is also located in Fontana. The consolidation was part of Patrick's multi-phase integration effort following the acquisition of Adorn, LLC in May 2007.
