On April 10, 2020, Patrick Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operations update related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
